Viewed a beautiful apartment and dealt with Jason and like other reviews was extremely rude. Was late for my appointment for over an hour and just handed the keys while he preferred to stay in his car.Extremely unprofessional and didn’t hand me a contract but insisted for a handling fee.Despite my deep interest in the property it was either Let already or he was lying about the whole thing. Ended up losing the property. And never answers his phone or the agency phone. Would never trust this agency(if it is for real) again.

Extremely poor experience with Ivory and Hatton. Dealt with a guy called Jason. We've put down a holding deposit on a property we wish to rent, but this Jason guy kept delaying everything! We were fed up at the end decided to go elsewhere. When we asked to have our holding deposit back, he insulted us and refused to give us back the deposit! We have now submitted our case to court in order to get our money back. This agent should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!!
