Avoid! We had Fastklean come for 3 hrs. Only one of the two cleaners arrived and she spoke no English and somehow couldn't be compelled to use a mop. As in the last post, she spent 1.5hrs cleaning one set of blinds and all of the time on her mobile.
Our new windows still had stickers and somehow a scratch has magically appeared. After calling the office 4/5 times they refused any responsibility and hung up on us. Avoid!

The cleaner was very polite and friendly, and turned up early which was great. He did a very good, thorough job. I would recommend him and your service to my friends. My carpet looks amazing now! The management support was also great and has good communication and prompt service. All in all, the company is very good. We have a fortnightly cleaner booked, and have had a spring clean in the past as well so we're very happy with the services provided.
