If you need a new car, you can buy ONLINE with Wilsons. You can reserve your vehicle online, have a virtual appointment to find out more about the car, be sent a personalised video tour of the vehicle, and then purchase your car all from the comfort of your own home. Then just come in to collect. Under UK law, if you buy a car 100% 'remotely', you will be covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The idea of young team who are there to make sure you leave with a car and smile in your face. There is always room for improvement anywhere you go but in here was much not needed as the team was efficient which their sales. Now I just got the car and I am hoping mechanically it wouldn't let me down. They have promised to look after the car after sale as much as possible. All the warranty and paper work was in place to give me good feeling that I be looked after even after the sign off the last paper.

Despite a slight misjudgement with the collection date, the dealer who I collaborated with, Shane, was very professional and accommodating. Particularly pleased with the MOT and service completed as part of my package before I bought the car. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family đź‘Ť.

I'd definitely recommend Wilsons Epsom Fiat & Abarth to friends and family because first impressions of the site was superb and the staff were particularly friendly and professional. There was a great choice of vehicles to select from and although I did change my mind 2 or 3 times on which vehicle I was interested in, our sales person was patient and understanding. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and it would have been easy to walk away without committing to making a purchase. I ended up buying a vehicle I was comfortable and familiar with and even though I was offered a test drive, I declined

Just brought my fourth car from Wilson’s I’ve had a Vauxhall Astra Corsa Mokka and just purchased the new Renault Clio S outstanding coustomer service they go above and beyond to make sure you purchase the right car I wouldn’t go anywhere else very good service and very friendly staff a big Thankyou to Spencer Jake Thomas and Ayesha (posting in my sons name )

Wilson's Epsom helped me buy my first new car. Great people and incredibly friendly staff who have great knowledge and advice.
The management team are extremely helpful also and even reduced the price of the car as it was my first car!

They reported on a routine service that my brakes needed attention.
When went for a repair that was booked, they said there was not a problem. Meanwhile, some dolt busted my door handle so I asked Wilsons to repair it. They said it would cost over ÂŁ100. I left the vehicle overnight but several times during the next day I had to phone for a progress report. After 8 hours I was told it was ready - but they should have called me.
Found their hourly rate was ÂŁ105! A lot of money for a poor service.

Worst customer service in the world. Will never ever purchase another car from this company!
Had an issue with my gear box, which I had to prove to the technician by driving it around with him in. It was then sent to an outside company called Waterfalls who then scratched my car up and couldn't find a fault. I then had to fight to get the scratches fixed by Wilson and it's now taken 3 attempts. Issue with the gear box is now being classed as a common fault and they are refusing to do anything about it. I'm now having to take it to BMW myself to get them to find the fault before wilsons
