They Also Keep Deleting My Poor Feedback On Social Media. I WONDER Why?
Went to view a Blue Mazda 2 on 30th Dec 2021 which was well advertised with a real intention of buying.
The saleman was eating and told me the car was off limits for a few days as it was used by the manager and he was at home with COVID. I was unable to view the car and the salesman just said sorry !!!
Seeing the car getting advertised less than 2 hours later was a surprise.
I returned 1 week later and seen the car sitting which was absolutely

Terrible customer care experience, I would give zero if I could. Discovered sump leaking oil following a recent service at this garage. They repaired the fault, when I explained that I had got an independent evaluation but not one word of apology for the inconvenience, never mind the damage done to my driveway. A sea change in attitude from the previous service, in 2020. Won't be back and will be reporting all to Mazda UK.

Have been a customer of Walter Young's for more than 12 years on and off. Having owned 2 Mazda 6 estates (one of which I held on to for 11yrs thanks to Norman and the Service Department), I am a huge fan. Prior to owning a Mazda 6 Est I had a Golf GTI and believe me, the handling and fun was comparative. Just traded in my 4 year old estate for a brand new CX-5. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! Mazda have always been a great company to deal with (standing over warranties and then some...) and they clearly chose their dealers carefully. Cannot commend Neil for his courtesy, honesty, knowledge and excellent customer
