Emil has worked with Coulsdon Builders for 4 years and whilst he is multle skilled, he specializes in carpentry. Weronika overseas the company logistics from marketing to coordinating materials for delivery ensuring these are delivered at each stage of the project when required and keeps the team on their toes.
The property was converted from a one bed, into a two bed. It includes a rear side infill extension, a lightwell, open plan kitchen living space with a pitched roof, a utility room and the entire property was renovated throughout. Two adjacent properties undertook a renovation of their homes at the same time.
