If I could give 0 I would. Completely unresonable company and con artists. Sold a car with a fault on which I contacted them about the day after purchase they 'repaired' it and returned it followed by the same problem again and the same answer again. After much discussion I returned the car for a refund as stated in the consumer rights act is a acceptable cours of action and was completely refused. A complaints procedure has now been started and will be completed by the ADR and motor ombudsman.

Bought a Kia Picanto. Developed fault after 7 days. Fault denied. Don't accept MOT with an Advisory Note on it.
Exercised Statutory Rights. Working own Policy whilst advertising A A Dealership. Contacted AA Mediation who secured me a full refund. The Cars are not inspected by AA but by Bond Street MOT Centre. Be very careful and don't take notice of the 5 Stars. Hope they have learnt their lesson.

What a wonderful family, they are honest and upfront and made my car buying experience easy and stress free.
They honestly went above and beyond to ensure the car was on point for me, kept in touch and made sure I knew what was going on right up to me picking the car up.
I would recommend them to anyone, especially nervous buyers(like myself)

Absolutely awful experience with this company!! Bought our car and had to take it back within 2 weeks because of a rattling sound! They said they would work on the car and it would be no longer than 3 days!! They had the car for just under 2 weeks returned exactly the same but the car was dirty had a used coffee cup in 500 miles had been added to the clock and they noise is still there!! Said if there is still a problem we have to make a claim through the warranty!!! They speak to you disrespectfully when u ask for an update!! Stay clear from this garage absolute cowboys!! And gets his Mrs to do

Its coming up to 6 months since I bought my Kia from Clifby Motor centre, so I'd say now is as good a time as any to leave a review. I was pleased with the customer service and got a good deal. I've done nearly 10,000 miles, apart from fuel costs I haven't spent a penny on her! That being said, it's economical on fuel and still drives spot on. I know where I will be going for my upgrade next year, hats off to this dealership

Bought a car off them in august last year... was told it had new brakes, had to change them after a week as they were making a horrible noise, also had to go in for gearbox rebuild , they let me drive the car all the way from Bradford to Hull with two front snapped springs, they also did a MOT before I bought the car so the company there using is… clearly dodgy. I did email clifby but they weren’t interested, also have proof if anyone wants to see this, stay away from this back street firm they will rip you off take your money then want nothing else to do with you
