SHOCKING!!! So very poor on communication. If you do get a car from them just hope you don't need to get back to them. They love email but don't respond to them.
After 12 minutes on hold for customer service then gave up.
I have never had such a bad experience. Exceptional? YES to the point you have made me ill.

One of their service centres damaged my car while in for a warranty issue. They fully accept they have damaged my head liner around the sunroof but due to a tiny hole in the rear by the boot they are refusing to fix their damage. I quote “ if we repair the damage we caused by replacing the head liner it will also fix the small hole in the back so we won’t do that”. So if there was a scratch and they also scratched it they are not responsible for fixing. I think not. This is not over. But I will never take my car there again for a service.

DO NOT trust this outfit
Do not trust this outfit. Placed an order for a nearly new Defender from group stock. Having searched for a Defender 110, diesel, HSE or First Edition I received 13 results. Made a selection, ordered and paid the initial deposit online. Two days later the dealer informs me that the vehicle was already sold, a website error to blame apparently. I completed a second search, printed the remaining 12 vehicles from the search results and visited Milton Keynes dealer. 8 of the remaining 12 vehicles for sale on the website were already sold and shouldn't have been advertised

Recently I’ve had a couple of warranty issues with my Maserati Gran Tourismo and Amelia and the team there have dealt with everything courteously and very efficiently.
Last week a small panel on the front bumper came off( something to do with the jet washer and it can be faulty in cold weather, it blows the panel out if it freezes).To save a 110 mile round trip twice they accepted the photos I sent them and have preordered the part.Even better a driver will collect my car Thursday and bring it back on Friday repaired and I have no doubt that is exactly what will happen.
