We know how stressful and confusing moving can be at the best of times so we offer to take care of as much of the process as we can for our elderly clients, including running paperwork around the local area if you (or your relative) are no longer driving and don't have access to scanners and emails.

I would highly recommend McFarlane to anybody selling their house in Swindon. The main man Dom Mullen is an honest, trustworthy guy and won't try and pull the wool over your eyes. He’ll say it how it is. Jo (Sales Progressor) is very thorough, Bradley in the Wood Street Branch went to my house to turn the heating on when I asked and Cam was always courteous showing prospective buyers around the house.

This company do not know how to manage letting properties.
They let sub standard properties. My brother rented a property from them and we took it to Court and have just received a settlement!
The property was in an awful state, so bad we had to get Environmental Health involved who issued a Hazard notice and then an Improvement Notice. They had managed the property previously with the previous Tenant saying he had all the same issues. How can you call this managing, holes in the roof, damp everywhere, inadequate heating - to name a few!!!!! We had no communication re the Deposit, they just kept

I never go out of my way to leave reviews, but Anita has gone above and beyond to find me an amazing property in Swindon !!!! She has made the move to Swindon pleasant and easy by sharing her thoughts and opinions on where to live. I only scheduled to look at one property that day but thanks to her she showed me a total of 4. I am so happy with the new property and this would not have been made possible if it was not for her. Anita is absolutely fantastic! My mother, partner and I are extremely thankful for all of her hard work, she went above and beyond to get us a lovely flat in the area.
