Terrible. Upsold me extra sleeves and added costs to print 4 colours, then delivered a 2 colour job. Argued that it was my fault and declined any refund or discount. Only when I sought a refund via Visa did they hold their hands up and admit they were wrong.
Customer care is none existent here anymore. They made every effort to make it difficult for me to get a refund and stopped replying to emails. Again I had to revert to Visa to get any satisfaction.
I used to use this company a lot, but will no longer - their attitude and treatment of customers stinks. Sad to see a company go downhill like
