Sold my M135i to these guys a few months ago… price was less than we agreed and the employee who picked the car up was very polite, waiting longer than expected whilst the finance was settled.
BUT…
Due to a delayed V5 I was forced to send them £100 “deposit”. Tried contacting the dealership and buyer multiple times for months to reclaim my deposit. Cheshire performance claimed they never received the V5. I contacted DVLA myself who confirmed the new V5 had been sent, I even received a receipt of new ownership in the post from DVLA.

Overall disappointed. The car I purchased was decent but had a few small jobs that needed doing to it. i was told that these would be done before pick-up. After collection and closer examination it appeared that these jobs weren't done. the fact that they lied does make me wonder what else they have hidden about the car. My advice to prospective customers would be to go in with your eyes open and treat EVERYTHING they say with a pinch of salt and don't expect ANYTHING post-sale. Once they have your money they're not interested and will ignore you in the hope that you go away.

I recommend Cheshire performance as they've been great. Salesman Amir was good to deal with and answered all my questions and queries and got things sorted quickly. Car has been superb and had no problems at all.I purchased a fiesta st, would recommend this place as they had around 6 or 7 other nice examples in stock

I purchased my Focus RS in August and can’t thank Amir the salesman at CPC enough for a hassle free, pressure free sale. Communication was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. After service was also great. Had a warning light issue come on 3 weeks after purchase and they booked me in to my local auto electrician for investigation and diagnostic and I got the work done without having to drive back as I I’m around 120 miles away. The repair was covered and all costs were paid for without any fuss. That’s the kind of after service you want whereas many other car companies try shirk there

I have just purchased a Mercedes C63 from Cheshire performance, after traipsing up and down the country trying to find a decent example only to find poor unprepared example I came across these guys and they had 3 in stock, right from my initial enquiry they were totally professional, Nothing was too much trouble and I was not harassed by pushy salesmen. They sent me walk around videos on all 3 cars I was interested in so I felt confident enough to make the 150 mile journey to their showroom, I was dealt with throughout my purchase by Liam who was totally professional and nothing was too much trouble

The lad who came down to collect the car was very respectful and was a credit to the company. Good lad who clearly has a good work ethic.
Payment was made on the spot with no hiccups, and was a swift transaction after negotiations had been carried out. Top tip: if you are in a position where you're negotiating with them when selling a car, then do stand your ground as they will start raising their prices for you.

Absolutely sound dealership, the chap was spot on. He knows how to sell cars properly, none of this chasing me round breathing down my neck, very good approach to selling just left me to look around at my own leisure, Very pleased with the Audi s3 I bought, its doing me well, no issues. Id happily spend my money at Cheshire performance again in the future.
