It did not take long before the company was supplying cleaning solutions to various outlets such as schools, nursing homes, and factories. Before long relationships were built with various manufacturers vastly increasing the product range available to our customers.

These items will arrive the following working day ( Mon - Fri) if you place your order before 2 pm on a weekday delivered by APC Courier. Ordered from Avern eBay online store. Bought from Avern as it stated 'FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY'. Sadly this was not the case. They had ran out of stock and failed to communicate this to me. The hoover arrived 3 days after order. Really poor communication and they blamed it on the delivery company even though it wasn't their fault. Bad experience overall.

There is nothing more frustrating as a business, than being on the wrong end of poor performance from another business. I ordered a Numatic from Avern and ensured that I ordered within the timeline of their ticking clock, for next day delivery. Sometimes, when an item fails and you need it replaced, next day delivery is a Godsend.
Anyway, two hours after I ordered, I received a notifictaion that the item had shipped. Excellent.... I thought.
Not long after this notification, I received a telephone call to tell me that they don't have my item in stock and that it would be another three weeks before
