I tried several agents to sell my property who all failed. I wish I had gone to Clarkes in the first instance. I cannot fault their service from start to finish. Paul and Alex did an amazing job in a a long difficult process. Alex was amazing in the last 3 days trying to get an exchange in a long chain. Kept me fully updated through. I highly recommend using Clarkes Estate Agents in Bognor Regis.

I sold my studio flat with Clarkes and the sale was not straightforward as the lease on the property was short and I had originally hoped to extend the lease. However the Freeholders were not easy to deal with and the team at Clarkes pulled out all the stops to steer me through the minefield of lease negotiation. Arranged a viewing, explained we were travelling from London. They confirmed the viewing and promised to submit offers the day after. On the day of the viewing they laconically called a couple of hours before, while we were en route, to cancel the viewing. They had put forward offers and taken it to sealed bids (beware this!) the day before. No apologies, no excuses. Lazy, unprofessional, unreliable. Beware.

As a tenants, renting a house in Arundel through Clarke’s Lettings, we have had a terrible experience with the company.
The have broken their own contract with us and not conducted any form of check out process, and yet have the cheek to charge us a £102 check out admin fee!
They don’t respond to emails, resulting in us having to chase up every email we send, days later. When we do get a reply after we have chased them up, they avoid answering our questions.
They originally wanted to deduct a ridiculous sum of £250 from our deposit for the landlord to buy a new stair carpet, despite the

I've have both been a FTB and more recently sold my property via Clarkes. We first listed our property way back in November 19 and were selling right through the Covid-19 pandemic, naturally, we've all seen extreme changes in circumstance and industry but I can't speak more highly of Clarkes and everyone there who remained positive and commitment throughout our sales journey and indeed these strange times. Without a doubt wouldn't use any other estate agent in the Sussex area.
