Services
St. Vincent's Nursery was opened in the early nineties and was originally located in a disused ward of the historic St. Vincent's Orthopaedic Hospital in Eastcote. Over the years we grew into a successful and well respected nursery. Inspections by the local authority have always been very positive and since Ofsted have taken control of children's nurseries, we have always enjoyed a very favourable report.
We believe that every child is unique and that every day should provide exciting opportunities to explore, take on new challenges and learn in a way they choose is meaningful to them. We understand that children in the EYFS develop rapidly but at different rates. We offer a safe, inclusive and happy environment with stimulating activities that will engage children and develop their curiosity.
All of our nursery staff are qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 or equivalent and all hold first aid certificates. They are experienced and caring, ensuring children feel secure and parents / carers feel confident in leaving their child with them. Student nursery nurses do undertake placement at the nursery and help in all aspects of nursery activities.
The EYFS Statutory Framework sets standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old. Every child has a learning journey from when they start at our nursery (their starting point) until when they leave. This consists of regular observations, photo's and next steps to ensure all children are meeting their learning goals for their age (as per the EYFS guidelines).
When your child is on solid food, a good variety of well balanced, nutritious food is available for your child and included in the cost of the nursery fees. All dietary needs are catered for including Halal, vegetarian, vegan, allergies and intolerancies and all food is prepared by our qualified cook.

My twins who are 31 months old now are going to this nursery from last almost four months now and there’s been a significant improvement in their development. My daughter wasn’t eating anything at all and now she has started to eat. My son is more friendly and social now, which earlier was a concern for me. Everyone in the nursery are very friendly and understanding. Am glad I found this nursery for my kids. Happy with my decision. Kids come home very happily from the nursery. Definitely recommend this nursery.
