Worst agency ever. we are a group of 4 italian girls who had negotiated and then payed the deposit for a house in hampstead area. the landlord kept changing her mind about our contract and trying to request all the benefits she could possibly have, including no break clause, then a higher payment than that agreed, then for us to pay 12 months upfront. we agreed to everything, she did not take the house off the market and negotiated with other clients behind our back, accepting a higher offer when we had already payed the deposit. Tahera did an excellent job. She worked hard, with honesty, have restored my confidence in utilising agents. Victorstone achieved £500 over asking price per month on my rental property. Horrible experience.
Very unreliable. This agency frequently break the law, rent properties with building safety issues and don't do the repairs .
They are breaching the UK Advertising Codes by using a lot of fake reviews to hide their constant customers complaints. Their constant dishonesty has made them Blacklisted from UCL university as this agency prey on new renters to break the law.
They frequently don't return due payments and make the process harder for landlords and tenants.
They are constantly involved in court cases for their dishonesty.

Hi dealt with Sophie from Victorstone when I was looking for a studio as I am coming to London to study.
I found a property that suited me but Sophie told me that I wasn't eligible as I had no UK guarantor and couldn't pay 6 months in advance, which I understand. However, she insisted a lot to make me take the studio and even proposed me to only pay 3 months in advance.
I obviously accepted, but I needed to visit the property before I take it (which is 100% normal !). I wanted to be sure that the pictures weren't lying.

I wish there are minus score I could give, they aren't even worth 0 score!!! They are the WORST agent I have EVER dealt with in my life. NEVER TRUST THEM if you don't want scams.
After their hard sale, signed the housing contract with them and paid three-month rent deposit, and they delayed the agreed move in date by 2 weeks. and we had to stay in hotels and burden 2 weeks' housing cost caused by them. What's worse, we soon noticed the house is full of black mold, on the ceiling, bathroom, and everywhere!!! Knowing it is hazardous to live and it is against UK law to offer

Who the hell do these awful people thing they are repeatedly calling me asking if my flat is for rent. I tell them it's not and they keep calling. These are the people who give estate agents a bad name. Thankfully there're sites like this and Twitter to expose these cowboys. Now stop harassing people
