Prince Regent Hotel is a new contemporary 3 star hotel offering luxury accommodation in London's thriving Docklands area. Our hotel is located just a 5 minute walk from the Excel Exhibition Centre and is also minutes away from London City Airport, the O2 Arena, Stratford and Canary Wharf. Suprise; because outside isn't the most pleasant place you'd have seen.

But from the first greeting the moment you walk in, to the nice little touches, the tasteful decor and especially the novelty of not staying in a chain like premier inn etc, there really is nothing to not be happy about. Only thing I could think of is that.

Having just completed a stay here, I was massively underwhelmed by the overall experience,
They have been very clever with the photography on Google, and don’t get me wrong, the main hotel, is very nice
Where do the issues start? Well let’s start with ‘the hotel annexes’, theeeese are essentially just a house they’ve brought and converted to the equivalent of a shared house, you get a bed, TV, desk, hot drink making facilities and an en suite
Let’s talk about comfort, the bed that I stayed in, at least, felt like I was sleeping on a solid wooden board under a thin mattress, the pillows

Hidden little gem! Welcoming staff, comfortable, and a short stroll from the excel. Lots of lovely, well thought out touches - such as the complimentary fruit in reception, use of kitchen facilities and an ironing board available. I had a much better stay than my boss, who spent over £250 a night at the Hilton in Canary Wharf (lol). This hotel isn’t trying to be the Four Seasons, and nor should it. It’s good old fashioned, honest value for money… oh and spotless! It’s my new go-to for my frequent trips to the excel - thank you for looking after me!

First I would like to praise the hotel for their location. Very well placed for a music event my wife and I attended. They also had secure car parking which is always welcome in London.
Security of the room was also quite good, considering the converted apartment had a contactless keyfob to the building and a regular barrel key to the bedroom itself.
Breakfast was also pleasant, though when we asked if it was included the night before we were told "no", but when we checked again in the morning we were instead told that breakfast was included.
Now for the reason I gave 2 stars:
There were white

Stayted here two nights to go to salon international at the Excel and it was just perfect a few minutes walk away.
Staff were amazingly helpful, kept our bags until we left for our train.
Room was basic but very clean. Thank you so much

We stayed here for Comicon at the excel.
Was just a 5 minute straight walk down a singular street (so amazing location for events),
The price was very fair considering other local hotels and apartments given the time of year.
A lovely run hotel that looks very stylish in the main lobby, topped of with very presentable staff.
One in which came out to greet us at the car and help take all of our luggage in for us without us even asking (which was a huge help)
There was fresh fruit daily that we could help ourselves too, along with a constant supply of bottled water in a fridge, and access to
