Waddington Build & Civils Ltd - a family run business with 30 years experience in the construction industry. We have a substantial portfolio of satisfied customers. We carry out work on a range of places including schools, hospitals, hotels and listed buildings. Our work covers everything from small repairs to complete hotel refurbishments.
Here we are removing two load-bearing walls to create a large open plan living space, this client already had an extension to the rear but wanted to open the existing kitchen and dining room into it. We worked alongside Steve Gilman Design and Quadrant Building Control to make this possible. Here we are at the end of week 9 at the extension in Washingborough, the roofs are cut on ready to be tiled, now on with the existing roof.
