As you have probably guessed the original review star rating was a massive mistake! I have been a customer for over 20 years and certainly would have not returned every month for all those years if I had rated only 1*?! I have nothing but praise for your wonderful salon. West end styling and surroundings in a local setting.

Super talented and a very honest person, has always told me exactly what she can and can't do with my hair conditions.

Please feel free to change your stylist whenever you wish, we are all part of the same team and hope clients feel comfortable to try other stylists within the salon. Our stylists are graded from Level 1 to Level 4, depending on their experience level - most of our stylists colour as well as cut, but we also have three recognised colour specialists. Please bear in mind that our colouring prices do not include cut or blow dry.

Girls seem very patronising all small talk just like most women in hockey . I lived there . No advice on what would look better . Thankfully moved to a new house new area and was recommended to try blonde yay never had so many compliments!! Never looked Back uncomfortable experience even the girl don’t like each other 🤪

I had Chloe cut and style my hair today. Amazing 🌟 job! I have had endless compliments throughout the day today! I have my hair done at Novo by Megan and she is absolutely fabulous! She makes sure she gives me exactly what I want and will always go the extra mile to do so. Everybody in the salon is lovely and welcoming, offering you a drink/magazine, making sure that your experience is truly 5 star.

ABSOLUTELY HEARTBROKEN, WOULD NEVER GO BACK! Had been going to this salon since a young age. I’m naturally brown and would go to novo to bleach my hair blonde as I would never risk it myself (hence why I payed the prices on the promise that a professional will know what is best for my hair). When I initially started the journey of going blonde I wasn’t offered a strand test which I did find strange but again I wasn’t a hairdresser so I was not aware of the procedures and hadn’t been to any other salon in my life. My hair had been continuously bleached on the bottoms as a recommended refresh

Novo are a sophisticated and trendy salon with a friendly atmosphere. They're the only local salon I trust when it comes to new hair trends such as Balayage. Not only are they up to date with the latest hair styles, they also use a variety of top of the range hair products which make your hair feel ridiculously soft. Until I had a blow dry at Novo, I didn't realise that my mixed race hair could be so silky and smooth! 5 stars from me!
