I have known Graeme for most of my life as my parents had a lot of work done by him when i was a child so when my husband an I brought our first house there was no one I trusted more than Graeme and his team to come round and do the work. We brought our first house 5 years ago and Graeme and his team came round and worked their magic open planning our small little house downstairs and fitting a new kitchen and bathroom. When you first meet the owner he comes across as honest and caring but it's all a show, don't be fooled or taken in by him. Once he has your money he does not finish the work. All the time during the work he kept asking us for more money, this was not the agreement at the start of the job. The arrangement was that we paid a deposit and the balance was due when the work was finished to our satisfaction. The quality of the work was dreadful, we have had nothing but problems and have had to call in another builder to complete the work.
