I decided to move to Essentiamail a couple of years ago having tried and tested others. I have certainly enjoyed working with them and taken on board many of the ideas they have presented. Also great to work with just one account manager - who really knows my business needs as well as I do I suspect - rather than the revolving door policy of others, and not really knowing who's managing your account from week to week.
Quite often in the recruitment sector we expect immediate results, although new clients continue to respond to monthly broadcasts even when they have no immediate need for our services
