A awful builder - don’t use them. Unfortunately we were introduced to Jolliffe by our insurance company who selected them to repair damage caused by a leak in our flat.
Their work is of such poor quality that everything needs to be ripped out and re-done.

I used this builder and trusted them to do a good job as their quote was 3-5 times more expensive than other companies and builders. I felt I could trust them as they had a high street presence and were member of Federation of Master Builders.
Two men came to do the re-pointing on a wall at the back of my 3 bedroom terraced, when they had finished there were lots of areas where there gaps and no cement applied (missing pointing). I mentioned this to them and asked them to fill in the gaps. One of them was very rude and arrogant and kept asking me if that was all, he kept saying "is that it?" I
