Wonderful experience with this dental practice. I needed an emergency appointment as a non-local patient, and the receptionist called me back promptly to offer one the very same day!
The dentist did a thorough check and X-ray, and gave me a prescription and I was in and out in 20 mins. Clean and bright, friendly and welcoming practice - also reassuring covid measures in place. If I lived locally I’d have signed up straight away. Thanks to all the staff.

Absolutely terrible experience here! Booked a appointment and was told that if it isn’t urgent I had to wait 4 weeks to be seen which I was understanding about as the pandemic at this current time so I booked and waited.The day comes for my appointment and on the way I run into some traffic so I call them to tell them I think was going to be 5 minutes late, the woman on the phone questioned me and was rude about it.The traffic takes me a little longer than expected and as I pull up she calls me and rudely says “you said you were going to be 5 minutes, you’ve been 10” and then tells me I

My sincere thanks to the whole of the team at this practice. A prompt response to my 'emergency' in difficult times. The premises were clean
and bright. The reception staff although young in years mature and very
helpful and friendly putting me at ease. The Dentist and his assistant
