My mom and I visited Arena this morning, to have a wet cut. (26/11/2021) We are So grateful to Arena, for still upholding safety measures, masks, hand gel etc, felt very safe on arrival and throughout, in a clean, professional and welcoming environment.
Highly recommend this salon!

The trainee girl , accused me of having cancel my appointment by phone, which I didn't, so when I arrived for my appointment , they had to rebook me. Neither the trainee or the owner apologised and they made me feel very uncomfortable. I have been there 3-4 times before but I decided not to go back as I thought they were very rude.

They absolutely destroyed my fiancess hair, the lines are not straight, its nothing like the picture she asked for, if they were not confident to do the cut how she wanted it then they should of said. Now she cant leave her house because of how bad it is. I would not recommend to anybody,

Relaxed atmosphere, I definitely recommend. They also offer a haircutting loyalty card.
