We worked with Tom & Tri-core on our sister Hotel and when we needed a quality builder to provide use with the 9 extra letting rooms we needed we had no hesitation. Not only are we delighted with the overall finish of the work but we were very pleased with the quick turnaround and minimal disruption they caused whilst on site.
Depending on the roof structure and planning constraints, a loft conversion is one of the most efficient & cost effective ways of getting extra space. Almost all houses can benefit from this extension with a bit of basic planning. We answer the phone, we turn up, we finish on time and budget and we clean up after ourselves.
