The most important part of our business is the wedding cake section. All our cakes are bespoke and made to your individual specification. Delivery and set up is free to all venues within 5 miles of our premises. Choose from 1 tier to 10 tiers, and anything in between. Attend a tasting session, where you can try up to 12 different types of sponge cakes, before you make your final decision.
This is our fun section! Birthday cakes, like all our cakes, are handmade on our premises from the best ingredients. We can make a small cake for just a few people or a huge tiered cake for large parties. Your cake can be very elaborate or very simple. You can have handmade models made of fondant with a background of your specification.
Christenings are very special occasions and people always want a beautiful bespoke cake for the event. We can make you the most amazing cake for your precious little bundle and we love to add all your personal requests that make the cake extra special. Don't forget all our cakes are handmade on the premises from the very best ingredients so call us today for a quote.
This section covers everything that doesn't fit into our other sections, so you will find anniversary cakes, Mendhi cakes, valentine cakes, engagement cakes, welcome home cakes - and cakes for occasions you can't even imagine! If you can't see something in this section that fits your individual needs please call us as all our cakes are handmade and bespoke so we can cover any subject and any occasion.
Your event needs cake, but just as important are the other complementary decorations and accessories. Cathy and Sarah have given careful consideration to the features and theme of your celebration and are more than happy to add more sparkle to your special day. Fantastic service from my initial enquiry to picking up my cake.
I had a specific idea in my head and Sparkles got it spot on.
Was not quite sure what I was expecting to see, but on collection of my "Granny Cake" I was blown away. The cake was way better than anything I could imagine.

Very rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me because i questioned why a £4 image was £17.99. She said because she was editing the image ans i was expecting her to work for free. In fact i sent her the image and all she was doing was reducing the size to fit her printer. She then asked for payment on the phone and i said i have used them for years and never paid over the phone before . At this point she snapped and said the previous person that worked there wasnt following the rules.

We asked for a really specific cake for our daughters 21st birthday, when we went to collect it, it was WOW, it was truly amazing, and so much detail had obviously been put into it, our daughter absolutely loved it, the taste was delicious and the cake moist. I would highly recommend Sparkles Cakes if you are looking for something special. Thank you so much 😊
