Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge, of their booking, or a 50% deposit maybe required prior to future appointments. Please take note that not all colour services include a blow dry.
Carly's priority at mulberry & thyme is to make sure that all her clients leave feeling happy and comfortable about their hair and themselves. Carly has worked hands on and alongside world famous Daniel Galvin.
Also trained in the Vidal Sassoon academy, she always strives for more learning and will always keep updated on new trends that approach the industry, therefore has furthered her skills with barbering, hair-up, creative colour, and worked with a wide range of colour brands.

Mulberry & Thyme has some new rules and regulations, as we have had to make many changes due to the current situation; and the government's intervention. Due to our overwhelming waiting list, we, as a team, will be expanding our opening hours but will reduce our current services to more express services, primarily, through the month of July, so that everyone can be seen to as soon as possible.
In order to maintain healthy, strong, vibrant hair you need to ensure that you regularly have your haircut at least every 6 weeks, but no more than every 8 weeks. This may be shorter depending on the length of your hair and the style you wish to achieve and maintain.
We would recommend exactly the same interval times for people with colored hair, as any longer could possibly result in major fading or a bigger, costlier service being needed to rectify.These time periods will also assist in cutting down the cost and will prevent any additional damage occurring.

This policy sets out what information Mulberry & Thyme Luxury Hair Salon holds, how long we hold it for and when it will be deleted. One year from the end of the month in which they were received or sent unless a longer period is relevant as above. Emails to and from ex-employees or contractors will be deleted within 2 weeks of them leaving unless these form part of the employment record - see above.

Unfortunately my experience at Mulberry & Thyme was extremely disappointing. I asked for balayage (highlights) and showed pictures to ensure no confusion. My hair was brunette before and the attached picture was the end result. The owner coloured my hair and after it was washed and dried by another employee she did not even come over to have a look at the end result or ask if I was happy, I'm sure even from far away she could tell it was not balayage and did not look good though I was still charged the full price (£155). I immediately had to book an appointment with a different salon for correction

Love the head and neck massage, the cruelty-free products, the décor and the stylists who really listen to their customer, get to know them and cut your hair exactly as you ask with great skill and professionalism.

First haircut since February this year! And the best haircut I’ve had in years. Katie cut and styled my hair today and it looks lovely. She really listened to what my concerns were and the look I was after. So pleased I tried this hair salon and I’ll definitely be back. They were Covid safe and very friendly too.
