I recently used this agent to sell my own house & a relatives house who had passed away. (Both properties in Yardley)I deliberately used this agent who were local to me & due to their visible presence & reputation in the area.
Steve looked after the sale of both properties. He was immediately willing to be flexible on his rate for the opportunity to sell both house. Fees were favourably competitive.

Initially was very pleased with the service, they got me the lowest price I was willing to accept although I was hoping for more, there fees were cheaper than others. I was advised not to speak to any potential buyers which I avoided. Only to find out the reason why they were trying to avoid me interacting with potential buyers as they were trying to get the property on the cheap themselves. Very disappointed in Dee and the team.

Called 3 times to book an appointment to view the property, first time was told there were fully booked and no more appointments, 2nd time I called was told the property has been sold with the first block viewing, called a few weeks later and was told there was two block viewing and the property has been sold. However still no sold board on and the property and also has been marketed online in between. Something tells me there is something not right about the agent.

Avoid at any cost, As a potential seller they will offer you low fees to entice you (Steve). Once your in their hands they will mess you around (Dee), Offer you a low offer then see what is the minimum your willing to take, once they know your minimum they will work to get you the minimum price. On the other hand they will tell potential buyers that offers at asking price or more have been received to push the potential buyer to offer more. Having to sell and buy a house is daunting enough but using Prime Estates took the sting out of it. The staff were very helpful, had a good knowledge of the area and during the time when viewings were made of my house I was kept up to date with potential purchasers and viewing feedback the next day. I selected Prime Estates as they came across as very professional and organised. I used them for the sales process of my mother's house. They kept me fully informed by email, text and phone call. Steve arranged 9 viewings of the property within 48 hours of the house going on the market following which we had 6 offers. Dee then took the time to go through each of the offers with me in detail and outlined each of the buyers details. Dee also kept the process on track to ensure we completed on schedule.
