Bought a car from this garage and must say the service was excellent the staff were helpful not pushy prices were fair. After couple of weeks found one or two niggly faults and they put them right without an issue. Would recommend them and will certainly consider them next time we change a car . Can’t fault them and been buying cars from dealers for 45 years. Well done great customer service .

Bought a car which had some issues, ended up returning it for a full refund, was promised one within 21 days, it did arrive (eventually, albeit a little late) which was worrying, but I got my money back. George was helpful and easy going during purchase/ return. Problems can be expected when buying a second hand car, it's all down to how the garage handles it.

I have to say that this company is the best I have used in my 60 years of car ownership. They are honest and trustworthy. I can only say the best I have ever dealt with, George is very helpful and goes way beyond expectations of a car dealer, as dose the owner. 5 stars is not enough .

Had the misfortune to buy a car from this outfit. We had nothing but trouble with it from day 1 - went back to Pyramid to be 'fixed' a few times. Sad to say nothing ever got fixed and when we tried to reject he car we were basically told that the price we negotiated for the car reflected the condition of the car - we paid the full asking price and it was described as being in excellent condition. We ended up part exchanging the car losing a lot of money in the deal ( we were honest about the car to the garage we part exchanged it with).
