I came to D&G to help with my divorce. Clive advised me right from the start, ensuring that all decisions and actions were carefully thought through. He was able to advise on the best approach to maintain status quo keeping the situation as amicable as possible. This was invaluable as we were able to work through things with the minimum of disruption even when faced with an aggressive lawyer on the other side. Thank's to Clive and his team what could have been a horrible processes turned out to only be difficult, but not impossible.

Polly Barklem has been a star while helping me with my divorce case. Polly never used a legal jargon when talking or corresponding with me which means I had a clear understanding of the process and all documents involved, and I never felt uncomfortable about the whole matter.

Polly Barklem acted as my solicitor in my divorce last year and I would have no hesitation recommending her as a divorce lawyer. Polly is extremely knowledgable and professional in her approach. She responded promptly to all my concerns and questions, some of which probably seemed very emotional. Despite being a solicitor myself, I know nothing about family law and needed a lot of guidance and information to understand and get through the divorce process. This law firm was recommended by a person who was in the throes of getting divorced herself and she had changed legal representation twice before finding this firm and so was able to refer me to them and I can say that despite divorce never being a pleasant scenario, it’s always good to have a firm of law representatives who can put your mind at ease with regard to your current rights and the legal processes. D & G helped me with child arrangements order, prohibited steps order and specific issue order. This was eventually reduced to just child arrangements order. These were extremely emotional and stressful times for me but I need not worry, as I had Polly at my side. She is extremely professional and empathetic.
