The Chants Team are friendly and professional people, Mark the director was extremely helpful in a very difficult time consuming case with our mortgage lender and their solicitors, he was on the ball and helped chase everyone in the chain and at the same time keeping the sellers feelings in mind.

Mark and the team at Chants were relentless heroes in our house sale. We had a difficult chain that was very close to collapse, but Mark went far above and beyond in his efforts to keep the chain moving and almost certainly was the reason it all went through. Excellent communication, friendly and responsive. I really couldn't recommend them enough.

The worst experience I had with CHANT, more specifically with Mark Adam Chant. I normally do not write reviews. About him, I think I have to! He is managing director so there is no one else you can complain about him. All the staff is nice and polite except him. When I was talking to my friends that how rude he is, one of my friends said when he was buying house, he made an offer to him and he didn’t like the offer and he literally raised his voice and was rude to him.
