In 2000 our founder David Cuthbertson moved to the beautiful Cotswold village of Shilton near Burford in Oxfordshire. After a career in industry spanning more than 30 years including working for a Plc and owning his own businesses, he was looking forward to living in a small village for the first time and having time to spend on other things.
David had a 30 plus year career working in finance in the construction industry and has run his own companies for many years. He founded Shilton Accounting Services in 2003. Issie is currently responsible for overseeing all the bookkeeping, accounting and payroll functions undertaken by staff as well as supervising all aspects of staff and client training.

Our agile approach means we're ready to adapt our services and find the best fit for you, your business, and your family. What's more, we don't charge extra for general help and business advice - instead, support from our trusted financial advisers and experienced accountants comes in one package at a fixed rate.
From just producing year end accounts right through to providing a full accounts office package we can provide a service that meets the specific needs of your business.
