I initially telephoned & explained my situation, I was told on that morning they would go ahead with my account's and send out all relevant information I needed.
Later on, on the same day I had an email to say that they are not accepting any sole traders??
C&M knew I was a sole trader right from the start.
I would not recommend this company.

Friendly, Helpful And Always Happy To Do The Extra Mile
As English is not our first language, it is quit hard to find the right reliable information for us. The C&M Team is always so patient and happy to answer all our questions and help. The team @ C & M are just brilliant. Very helpful and provide a friendly but very professional service. Having started my own company, I had lots of questions but they helped me every step of the way. I can't thank them enough. I have been with C & M Accountants for 10 years & am always delighted by their efficient & effective service. I have so little understanding of the auditing systems but the friendly staff are always happy to keep me up to date, welcome me to the office, send me reminders & finally they are very reasonably priced. Professional, efficient and friendly. 5 stars are not enough! If, like me, you struggle with admin and finances, let C&M hold your hand and ensure that your paperwork is correct. My only regret is that I didn’t use them sooner! They managed to undo the mess I made with last year’s tax return as well. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended. The best!

I approached C and M Services to do my business accounts and very last minute too! The actual service they offer is second to none, they are friendly, efficient and very accurate too. They gave me very precise instructions on what I had to do with regards to signing, uploading documents through their safe document portal. I also had a meeting face to face in their offices, again very friendly and efficient. They are also great at offering business advice going forward for Holly Boo, which is exactly what I needed. Anyone looking for a friend efficient team of accountants should definitely stop

I started using C&M Services a year ago and they've changed my business life completely. Being a creative business, numbers don't come easy to me, but with their help and guidance, I now feel confident about my accounts. The team are easy to work with, really organised and will tell you everything you need to know. They take the pain out of my year end, as well as personal tax calculations and filing. From the outset Kath was very clear and concise with information outlining how we could work together.
