Services
We are a private limited construction company operating as Principal Contractor throughout the North West from our Head office in Chorley, Lancashire. We deliver high quality projects up to 2.5 million in Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Maintenance Sectors. The project was to completely strip back an existing area in the trust and then convert this into a bespoke Fracture Clinic.
D&G Builders and Joiners Ltd are committed about the environments we are creating for the Healthcare sector partners, these include but are not limited to acute, mental health, private sector and modular buildings. We have experience in all aspects of healthcare delivering fully designed projects, design and build projects and providing value for money, delivering projects on programme.
D&G Builders and Joiners Ltd have a varied experience in education including, but not limited to Primary, Secondary, Private and further education projects. We understand the importance of having an outstanding learning environment which helps the educational staff enable the students to reach their full potential.
D&G Builders and Joiners Ltd have worked in the commercial sectors for many years. In this very large sector we have carried out many projects including office fit outs, conversion of office space, private fit out works and small new build works. With our extensive technical knowledge we offer added value to our clients delivering their projects on time and within a specified budget.
Maintenance is a key element of keeping a building working effectively and looking its best. We provide maintenance services that focus on essential maintenance activities and maximize value. We have sufficient resources to react quickly to your urgent needs. We care currently completing 6 monthly inspections on 13 Theater's for a valued NHS Client.

Work for a large organisation and we always use D&G when we can, they always tend to come out on top when tendering.
I've worked in the construction, building standards & control all my life and despite my best efforts I can rarely find faults with their work! Even "non-technical" colleagues such as our executive team has picked up on and praised their high standards but also the friendly & helpfulness of their team.
Would certainly recommend them to others for any jobs, big or small.
