From the initial contact, through Interview, and final offer, I found the team at Highfield in constant contact and keeping me informed of all communications through the whole recruitment process.

Initially dealing with Sarah was positive. Then a few days later following an interview I had not heard back, a polite email requesting feedback was ignored, a single telephone call the following day I was told Sarah was on the other line and would call back, didn't happen.
It's rather rude to keep one hanging! It's ok you can tell someone they were unsuccessful without hurting anyone's feelings! I do find this as a strange way of doing buisiness, this is an agency I would not deal with again, if this is the courtesy you treat clients with, you don't have a great future.

Had a really positive experience working with Highfield. Especially with Harry. I was working on a tight deadline because of other offers, but Harry worked around the clock to arrange everything for me(eventhough he was sick). Kudos to Harry & the Highfield team. Would definitely highly recommend them to anybody!
