After leaving Durham University, Lee was a Financial Planning Manager for HSBC. He then served as a Director of an independent financial advisory firm for six years before becoming Chief Executive of Cooper Associates Group in 2008. As CEO Samantha is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Group's short and long term strategy.
