First check up since Covid started about 18 months back about 2 months ago..2.12.21. A hole discovered in bottom front side of back tooth and discovered when Mr Payne put his sharp tool in it and made me jump....A filling was booked in about few weeks later and so Mr Payne knew why I was there and yet he again found the hole with the sharp tool again and this time the pain was so immense and made me automatically react, sat up grabbing his hand pushing it away and using some choice words...it hurt. I have to admit it was my worst dental visit to date...not sure why he had to probe yet again?..

I would recommend Parkway Dentalcare for their professionalism, quality of care & outstanding premises.
Moving forward with new procedures, Parkway Dentalcare should offer Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to their patients. This hygiene treatment is given in the least invasive way, with the highest level of comfort, safety and efficacy.

Been using a temporary filling for a broken tooth as it was cutting my tongue. Waited 2 months for appointment yesterday, unfortunately the temporary filling that was put in has come out after 1 day. Will now have to wait another 6 weeks for the filling to be done properly. I was impressed with the helpful staff and cleanliness of the surgery but have given 3 stars for the length of wait for appointments
