Ruth Goward is extremely precise and dedicated to her work, how ever the barristers that are sent to court with you may aswell be a fly on the wall. They agree to things with other parties without even informing you and seem to crumble in the court room and will not disagree to a single thing that you want them to. The barristers are yes men who just appear to agree to anything social services say and seems its just a easy way for them to make money without putting the work in. Ruth does all paperwork and makes sure everything is sent to the barristers before hand, how ever when barristers got

I sought legal representation from the firm and found myself misinformed and lost at every step of the case. We spent so much money booking appointments to ask questions after being left in the dark. With a late turn up to court and a court order issued that ended up going against my explicit wishes we have now switched legal representation to hinder any further disruption to our case.

I had reason to complain twice to the SRA for this firms conduct. “By any means necessary” in the eyes of the court can and does backfire and always costs the client. This is exactly what happened with AGR. It is all about the ££££ the firm can earn.

Great Gina! You helped me a lot!
I was surprised by your good memory at court.
Gina remembered everything I told her and used it very well against our rival. When she started debating, I felt comfortable and confident by her calm and decisive voice. I could see the judge listened carefully.
Gina can make a very quick and correct decision of what to do what should to to take the highland!!
She’s professional and logical with empathy. She’s tough with my case but very understanding with me.
I hope Gina can help more women and men who suffered from their family issues. Best wishes to all
