Richard Whitehead was born and raised in Huyton. He graduated from the University of Liverpool and qualified as a solicitor in 1988. Richard founded KWP Solicitors in 2008 and since then the firm has only expanded. Richard is a senior partner and has dedicated himself over the decades to fulfil all KWP client's legal needs to ensure that they are represented in the best way possible.
We understand that the thought of making a court appearance can be extremely worrying and stressful. We will provide advice and representation throughout. We have been granted a contract by the Legal Aid Agency to carry out publicly funded work for many years. This is as a result of satisfying the Agency of our level of professional excellence.
We provide 24 hour professional legal advice at Police Stations which is free of charge, regardless of the means of our clients. At extremely short notice we will be present to guide anyone under investigation by the Police through the somewhat daunting process and offer the best possible advice to ensure the best possible outcome.
