ESP Ltd have been informed that our entry into the ECA Annual Awards under the category Best Client/Contractor Partnership Award was shortlisted by the panel for further consideration.

ESP have been advised 'the judges were extremely impressed with the high standard and commitment outlined within our application' followed by the ECA advising us that 'not every entry was shortlisted in this way' and 'the status of shortlisted nominee is a considerable achievement'.A big well done to the BHCC team within ESP Ltd - Graham, Nathan, Paul & all the engineers on site.
We work closely with many clients who use our expertise and knowledge for the Design & Build of their projects. With the use of our in house design team we guide our clients through the planning phase to ensure both a compliant and functional installation is achieved. Using the latest technology, our design team can produce design drawings for lighting and power installations as well as cable calcualtions and schedules to BS7671.
Contractors who design, install, inspect, test and maintain electrical and electronic equipment and services. Being CHAS approved reduces duplication as suppliers compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers. Benefits the company and the employees, and assures clients that they are engaging qualified staff.
This notification is particularly important when moving house because the compliance certificate is required by the buyers solicitors to show that any electrical work carried out at the house on behalf of the vendor or seller is safe. In other words, failure to comply could have an effect on the future sale of the home and the onus is on the home owner to ensure the work has been notified.

I wouldnt trust these guys to engineer or project manage anything based on what I saw this morning. Some idiot driving one of their branded vans no less, reg GY61 KYS, aggressively undercutting a vw golf in front of me today on a dual carriageway in Dorking for no other reason I could see than trying to be arkward. The other car had to brake hard to avoid a collision. Dangerous on the road, are they any better with their judgments with elctricity? Not worth the risk I would say,
