In response to your reply, My Mother was present at all of it Andrea and she has confirmed that I was not aggressive to you and in fact it was you with a temper Andrea.
She is appaulled at your behaviour and was keen to put this review up albeit not in her name but is more than happy now due to your lies. She has also confirmed that she has received no correspondence from you at all since your last visit. More lies.
She is not a confrontational person and would not tell you that she didn't like your work,but told us on many occasions.
