After an incredibly disappointing start moving my accounts from Sage to Xero, it didn't get much better. I had numerous account 'managers' which meant there was no consistency. My initial agreement including a month report on my accounts which I never received. We requested a meeting with management to understand why so many payments in or out hadn't been reconciled and they did try to sort our accounts out (hence 2 stars instead of 1). I have since engaged a new bookkeeper who has found numerous errors in general bookkeeping and my long-time accountant, having now done my end of year accounts

I have been a client of the Peloton for several years now and they are a great bunch of well informed accountants. They like to use technology to get things done more efficiently, but are also always available to give that personal, bespoke touch. Oh and their lunches are amazing, I always enjoy a trip to the accountants- especially around lunchtime!

What a lovely company. I arranged some training for Xero accounting software which was really easy to do and everyone was very welcoming when I arrived. Daniel was really helpful, talked through my current level of knowledge and then helped me with the areas that were making my head explode! Ongoing support is there if I need it too, but I'm now tackling my accounts with confidence. Thank you!
