Worst service ever. I booked the end of tenancy cleaning service and they cancelled it one night before even after taking 65% advance payment. When I called them in the morning the guy started shouting and used vulgar and foul language. I had to pay extra money to the other cleaners for quick booking. The company does not treat their customers well. The guy on the phone is really arrogant. He used bad language even with my wife. Had absolutely the worst experience with them. Please do not book them.

I am a landlord and my tenant booked this company when her tenancy ended, no doubt because the company that I trust and had suggested to her was too expensive (though I do not actually know what she paid Jed). Thus I was concerned it would not be up to par. I obviously went online and straight to the 1 star review first as one does. It was because of lateness or not turning up or something. Not something to be that concerned with in my opinion given the nature of online reviews. The other reviews seemed to find the company was excellent.
