Canât speak highly enough of Phil and his team. Always supportive and friendly, but particularly so through this pandemic and all the challenges it threw up for a small business. To be fair I am in agreement with the lady who has left a message on this thread. I called a couple of weeks ago and a lady called Mandy/Megan or some name with an M answered. I feel she was rude was not very helpful. I initially called to have my tax returns done by the firm of accountants however their disgusting approach to answering phones completely put me off. Personally, I would avoid and well done to the one person who decided to actually leave a negative review.

I have known Phil and his team for a number of years and have found them to be both professional and responsive. I would have no hesitation recommending this firm to anyone. As for the lady below making a recommendation based on hearsay, i would treat that review with the contempt it deserves. No one at the firm has "anger issues" to my knowledge or experience. This is a very good firm of accountants.
