I called this agency to ask them if they have any jobs available.I said:"Hello,I called to ask if you have any jobs available at the moment." ..The lady said to me;"we are a recruitment agency,of course we have something,what do you think you called,Tesco?" and she started to laugh..I was like what just happent..why so rude?

Agent called me regarding a position, the client was asking for certain skills which when I spoke to the agent I assumed she would have read my CV however, after I reviewed the job spec realised the client wanted a this skill, when I called the agent I told her I did not have that particular skill she then explained I would not be put forward and ended the call.
I find it incredible that this agent did not read my CV before calling me, if I had not told her she would have sent my CV to the client and wasted their time let alone wasting mine.

Prompt to follow up job applications, quick to book in the initial registration meeting and a thorough job interview preparation process in place. Caroline was a pleasure to meet and very honest and professional in her approach. The offices are centrally located and seem well furnished. Feedback for improvement, the receptionist could do with some coaching and mentoring.
