This page used to be rated 2 stars and now it has gone to 4. 100% fake reviews. I used them for two years not out of choice and i promise you with my life, they will scam you out of your deposit. I think the running cost of owning a house, they pay that with our deposit. We cleaned our house fully but there was bit of stains on the carpet and just for that, they charged us £650. Professional cleaning would have cost of us £50 probably.
Anyway. If you have no choice but to use them, make sure you take pictures when you first arrive at the house and then send it to them on email for evidence.

I've noticed that there is quite a few fake reviews on these people. While I was a student and a tenant I had a bad experience, they have staff who are incredibly arrogant and completely useless. They also stole around £500 in deposit deductions from us for a property that was left in a very good state with no breakages.

Pikes team are brilliant , especially a big up and thumb up to Jonathan .
I can not praise him enough, he is exceptional helpful and knowledgeable , i would recommend Pikes for anything!,
i definitively recommend pikes , for all employers and students. I"m renewing my contract always with them and can't replace them, cause excellent service provided! Efficient and friendly staff, extremely helpful.

Having been both a tenant with Pikes and now a landlord, I've found them to be helpful and informative every step of the way. Supportive from a tenant's perspective (even when the landlord wasn't) and they really made the effort in helping me navigate the the process of renting out my first property. Thanks again guys :o)

I bought properties through Pikes in 1998 and 1999, which they rented out to students for me for 15 years, until the stress of renting to students got too much. By then I had retired, so had more time to look after the properties, and rented the houses room by room to professionals, mostly Eastern European, who pay rent in full and on time, rarely take drugs and keep their house clean! Even though they do not act as agents for me any more, I still go to them for help and advice, property valuations and sales. I mostly deal with the excellent and knowledgable Jonathan, who was there 20 years ago
