His two sons, John Clive Miller and Anthony David Miller, continue to be Partners in the practice, and are experienced dealing with commercial and residential property transactions, Landlord and Tenant matters, Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates, and dealing with debt collection, general civil litigation, and sales and acquisitions of businesses.
John was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1962. One of the youngest Solicitors ever to qualify as such, John has specialised in private client work for the past 50 years, including; residential property purchase and sales, preparation of Wills, and administration of estates. Anthony has worked in the family firm since qualifying as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in 1971.
