Services
West London Dental Centres was founded in the mid 1950's. Prior to this, and just after the Second World War, the building had been a medical practice. Situated less than two-minutes from Gunnersbury Station, and a five-minute walk from Chiswick Business Park, our modern and spacious practice is set within an elegant detached Victorian property on Burlington Road.
Dr Clarke joined the practice in 1982, becoming the Principal in 1991. Prior to this he had previously worked in the West End of London, and owned a Harley Street practice until 2001 when Dr Marnitz joined him at Burlington Road as Co-Principal. Dr Clarke's interests include politics, both general and health.
My family and myself have been visiting the team at West London Dental Centres for a number of years now and we have all had first-class care from them. Aside from routine work, I have had an implant fitted and my daughter has had a full course of orthodontic work to straighten her teeth - and we have been delighted with it all.
To take the time to listen to your fears, needs and desires and give you explanations and solutions designed to meet your needs. To provide the highest quality of dental care for you, to keep you informed of the latest techniques and use the best materials and equipment available. To carry out your dental treatment in a safe environment and to follow the latest cross-infection guidelines.
If you require a filling in your tooth, a cosmetic option would be to choose a white filling material that matches the shade of your surrounding natural teeth. The other option is to have a traditional 'amalgam' filling in the back teeth. Your dentist will discuss the options and costs with you.
Root canal treatment (also called endodontics) is needed when the pulp inside your tooth becomes infected through tooth decay or damaged by an injury to your mouth. This infection may spread through the root canal system and could eventually lead to an abscess, causing a great deal of discomfort. If root canal treatment is not carried out, the tooth may need to be taken out.

My experience attending West London Dental Practise has always been wonderful even if the reason for my visit has been less so!.
Michael Clarke runs a great practise with committed and professional staff none more so than the front of house reception head,Clare,I delightful lady with a wonderfully calming personality, who always manages to find an appointment even at the most fraught of times.I know Michael takes great professional interest in initiatives in support of the NHS and the practises charity work abroad.

Looking for very good and professional dental service, west London dental centre is just the right place. I have been going there for more than ten years with the same satisfying and professional results.
It’s not just “patient attendance” but “client care”. Some of the most gentle dentists and dental nurses you’ll find in this region of London.
Even at reception, professionalism and care are exemplified.
In need of excellent dental work, I highly recommend west London dental centre.

To my mind the covid measures are a little OTT but I guess this reassures those that need it and is a minor inconvenience to the rest of us. The actual service though is first class, certainly my dentist - Dr George could not be better, best dentist I have ever had and the young lady on reception is very good too. The booking and automated reminders are also efficient.

Professional, wonderful, clean practice with all the latest technology. They make you feel very welcome and as someone who suffers anxiety and needed to have 4 veneers done, Dr Marnitz and his wonderful Assistant Lisa were amazing and really helped to put me at ease. Fabulous job by a wonderful team. I also had a locum as my hygienist who was also extremely good. Highly Recommend!
