What a bunch of morons ..... Cant do anything right .... Where do i start i had asked them to make a simple staircase for a dormer extention giving them the correct measurements and plans for the build ..... They delivered a staircase that was too steep creating a huge problem as my build would have failed building regs .... When i had contacted them they had said the staircase was made to the specification i had asked .... I then took out a tape measure and wow the staircase is 13 inches taller than what was agreed .... I contacted them again and they had then said they would amend the staircase
