Our Turning capacity is predominantly CNC and allows us to offer competitive costs for both small and high volume component manufacture. Typical turned parts range from sizes under 5mm diameter to our large capacity machines of up to 1.2 m maximum diameter. Many machines also have live tooling to minimise additional setups for secondary milling operations.
Our newest machine is an Okuma LB3000 EX II. This machine is equipped with a main and sub spindle plus full milling capabilities to allow a full part to be completed in a single operation. This has been paired with a Cellro Xcelerate X20, our robot loader, to create a machine capable of full automation.

Our range of full 5 Axis Machines allow us to produce complex parts in less operations than conventional milling, this allows us to keep production costs down and ensures our customers a competitive price. Our 5 axis machines now include a MAM72-35V. This multi-pallet machine allow us to produce complex batch parts with ease and allows for longer production hours.
