Just wanted to say how helpful these guys were for a simple yet important request for someone who needs just a basic service. I was out of options when I popped over and everything was sorted in under 5 minutes!

Very friendly on the phone. I paid £425 upfront for services. Rushed all documents. 3 sets cane in the post before I had checked them online. Overload of emails. Many mistakes on documents even though I spelt names out over phone, and emailed address. Attempts to rectify still had errors. Also I was given wrong price for losing succulents with government - price quoted turned out to be only for one document.
The firm apologied and said I would receive a refund. 3 weeks later, 3 emails +1 text later - I am still waiting. Not happy.
