For those experienced landlords familiar with the latest legislation, we also offer a Let Only service which allows you to take the reins once a suitable tenant has been found.

Purchased a house through Wentworrth and Rose, the staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful from the start.
Really mainly with Emma, although all staff were equally helpful, the sale took 9-months in total for various reasons, non of which were related to the agents, however they took complete control and endured strong and active communication tool place at the appropriate times in order to satisfy the chain.
Moved in yesterday and a big thank you to RBS and the team, will definitely recommend them.

One aspect that really impressed us was the after care service. Many agents think their jobs are done as soon as the sale is secured. I have used W&R over the last 3 years when letting my property so they were my first port of call when I decided to sell - they helped me let the property each time it came available and achieved record rents for the area/road. When I decided to sell earlier this year, they were really knowledgable and helpful given the changes to legislation at the time. Although it was a really buoyant time in the market, I was nervous about the price we listed the house at and expected to possibly reduce after testing the market- in the first week of viewings, they had 3 people looking to offer asking price
